I am passionate about nurturing talent and helping aspiring music producers reach their full potential. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the ropes or an experienced producer aiming to refine your skills, I can create coaching and mentoring programs designed just for you.

Music production is both an art and a science. My Coaching and Mentoring approach combines technical expertise with creativity, ensuring that you not only understand the tools but also unleash your unique musical voice.

Both offer various forms of guidance and recommendations.
Coaching and mentoring revolve around goals established by or for the learner.

Coaching relationships are often more formal and structured, with clear boundaries and objectives set by both parties.
Mentoring relationships are often more informal and flexible, built on trust and mutual respect, with guidance provided based on the mentor's experience and wisdom.

Why Choose Me?

I serve as a Wales Union Learning Representative (ULR) for the Musicians Union / Cult Cymru and I am a Regional Committee Member for Wales and the South West. I work closely with other ULR members of BECTU, Equity and The Writers Guild.

I am also involved with mentoring on the CULT Cymru Mentoring for Creatives (M4C) Program.

Discovery and progression is vital for for me and as such, Lifelong Learning has always been at the forefront of my working life.

My mission is to support and promote the continuous learning and development of fellow creatives, ensuring that they have access to the skills, knowledge, and training they need to advance and succeed in their careers.

Single one hour online coaching session at £65

A single One Hour Consultation on a single topic of your choice at the end of which you will have:

A detailed action plan
1 week of email support. (Monday to Sunday 9:00 - 17:00 British Time)

4 x one hour Coaching sessions at £65 per session, billed in 4 monthly installments

A deep dive into a topic(s) of your choice.
4 x 60 minute online 1:1 coaching sessions.
Worksheets beforehand
Written notes and an action plan at the end of each session. (Google Docs)
Email support throughout our coaching period (Monday to Sunday 9:00 - 17:00 British Time)
1 Month Email support afterwards.

6 x one hour Mentoring sessions at £50 per session, billed in 6 monthly installments

Being a creative isn't easy. I know from experience that it can be a lonely and isolating experience at times. Aside form that, it's easy for a creative to get stuck, going around in circles trying to find a way forward. Entry or progression in this industry isn't clear cut with each path as distinct and as individual as creatives themselves. How do you get from A to B?

I can help there. My mentoring sessions will:

Offer a plan to overcome your pain points.
Work with you to overcome obstacles.
Guide you through the often complex issues of life in the music industry.
Share skills, knowledge and insights to help you develop personally and professionally.
Ongoing email support throughout your mentoring journey.

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to sign up / login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

Of Course! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
